DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$. My daughter in laws (2 be at the time) went in to get our hair styled pre-wedding to see of we wanted to have our dos done. I was 24+hours without sleep, but joking around trying to have fun. Rachael is very sweet, but she is clueless as to how to do a simple up-do. She did 2 styles, both were not styles. My hair was ratted with a finishing brush and then combed out, sections of hair were randomly pinned to my head. Messy, looked like work in progress. Asked to re-do it. I get a rats nest pony tail that was supposed to be a braid. Customers in Kohl's pointed and laughed at me when we stopped to pick something up. We were reimbursed by the owner 3 days later, but it took 2 phone calls, being fibbed to by whomever answered the phone, and promises to call BBB.

I came in for the first time on Thursday and had an incredible experience. Liz was amazing. Very personable and helped me with a ton of questions about my hair health. I got about 7-8 inches cut off and I love it. She taught me how to style my new look, some products to help with my hair PH and did an amazing brow wax. Liz will be my new go to!

I spend a good amount of money here for my wife and daughter to get their hair done at this salon and it's overpriced and the front desk employees have an attitude and act very unfriendly. Two in particular the day we went in, Cassidy and Morgan were at the front desk and looked annoyed checking us in. When we smiled and said hello we got a fake half smile followed by a look of disgust. Way to feel welcome! The first face you see at a salon is the front desk, hopefully management works with their younger employees on being more professional and courteous towards guests. There were extra charges put on to the hair treatments that we haven't gotten before. The only reason we go here is because my daughter likes it but we've had issues with appointments getting moved from other peoples cancellations that we came in earlier for, unfriendly staff and now added charges. What are we paying so much for here that isn't offered elsewhere and has a friendlier staff as well?
