The store is well organized makes it easy to load materials and check out. It's been easy getting help to unload and load the materials into the car also.

Worst customer service ever. Bought 4 celring fans,one of them didn't have all the parts, was told by manager I had to call the manufacturer of the fan to get the missing part which was the screws.

Call corporate and complain. Whenever you have problems, ask for the MOD and let them know you are calling corporate.
Went to Lowes this evening to buy some pavers.Because of content limit all I can ask is why are employees at Home Depot more helpful and friendlier than Lowes.Sad because we love Lowes and have box full of receipts to show this.
