I like the fact that O'Reilly and Amazon as far as parts for cars the O'Reilly prices was cheaper than Amazon by $20 dollars that is a big savings. I do these Reviews to save folks money and in the long run we all help each other. Thanks Again O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

I am absolutely amazed, relieved and overwhelmingly grateful for the staff at this store! I had just left our bank a few doors down and realized I had a flat tire. I "limped" the car into the O'Reilly parking lot and got out to assess. One of the store staff saw me and came out to help me figure out my best option. I just needed the tire inflated enough to get a tenth of a mile to Tire-Rama. O'Reilly didn't have a compressor pump, but they did have a bike pump. The O'Reilly employee (I don't recall his name, I think it was a city name...Dallas?) was so very helpful! He used the bike pump to inflate my tire, then made sure to give detailed directions to Tire-Rama, which I found easily. He made a pretty stressful situation reduced to no concern at all. All with a smile and absolutely no fee or charge. These guys are true Idahoans, extending a very helpful hand with a smile. I'm beyond grateful to them!

Leaving a review at the hubby's request. Adam and the manager, sorry we didn't get his name, here actually believe in customer service. After the system sold us the wrong parts twice for our vehicle and we had to make 3 trips back to get the correct ones they went above and beyond to figure out what we needed. Their computer system even with having all of the correct vehicle info was giving the wrong size spark plugs so they did the research to find what was needed and even gave a discount to make up for the mistake. THANK YOU!
