Gabe Fernanders was an absolute pleasure to work with! He met me outside and had the vehicle pulled out in front and ready for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and the features I was looking for. Gabe made sure I was informed throughout the process of signing paperwork, and their finance manager Kristian Roof ensured I was in and out of his office in under 15 minutes. My visit in total was under 2 hours, and it did not feel like I was there that long because it was such an enjoyable process. There was another sales representative, Michael Braswell, who also warmly greeted me and shared information about the vehicle. Overall, the setting was very professional and I felt that my needs were addressed throughout. I am 80 and have bought a lot of cars including the 4 I have bought from Vic Bailey. We have found the best sales person in Tammy Boyd. We never had so much fun buying a car. If we buy another car we will buy from her. She is so professional, knowledgeable and just a happy person. We were disappointed that there was only one keyless key and no spare tire but that was not her fault. We are still happy with the car and the sales person. Thank you
