Was able to have car serviced with little advanced notice and greeted by a friendly service advisor. Complete service work quickly and was able to wait in a nice waiting area with multiple accommodations. i.e. TV, drinks, etc.

Jenna was quick and efficient during my service experience. Started on time and finished on time and was communicative regarding updates as I had a lot being done. Regarding Benson Kia of Spartanburg - it would be nice to have a vehicle to use for folks that are having longer services done. The porter was unavailable during my experience.

Wouldn’t trust the used dealership. Bought a car in March and that was an awful drawn out experience (and they tried to pull one over on us with the numbers) but it was supposed to have up to date maintenance, including a new battery - turns out it was 3 years old and just died on us. Buy a car somewhere else.
