I haven't seen any signs that prohibit the use of riding bikes as the paths are pretty wide. I've seen a couple people ride with no issues.

Kind of. The primary parking lot is a bit small and it is on one side of a divided highway. Google directions to hemlock falls will direct you there. Just down the road is a sign for Boyscout camp which leads to a picnic area with easy parking and a trail that leads to a bridge over the highway. Budget a little extra time to figure it out when you go the first time.

I do not think there are any trails closed. I am not sure about the park, zoo, and other attraction though. As for lunch, you can sit at Summit Field or Turtle Back Picnic Area. There are maps throughout the park with icon indicating areas where you can sit and eat.
