Bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from dealer. a week and a half after purchasing, car began to jerk really bad and shake. Car also would shut off in the middle of driving out of nowhere. Couple days later check engine light came on. Took car to advance immediately after check engine light came on, where 7 different problems was identified. Took car to Nissan dealership to get diagnostic the cost of repair was more than the car was worth. Does come with warranty Towing is only $10 off towing price and for transmission its only $500.00 worth on a $2000+ dollar repair. Don't be like me take the car to the dealership before purchasing. please read the reviews before deciding to purchase. Older gentleman who was the owner was very unprofessional and aggressive, multiple times he raised his voice and was very argumentative when trying to tell problems that where diagnose. The other co-owner (younger gentleman) was very understanding and was willing to listen and come to a resolution. Please be careful when purchasing a car here.*UPDATE FROM MERCHANT RESPONSE* Bad for business if need a lawyer for civil suit call Cerid Lugar. also Merchant has Fake reviews. half of my money was returned (should've proceeded with civil suit to get all but received money from previous accident that was not at fault) merchant was aware of the horrible car they sold. CAR WAS NEVER DROVE OUTSIDE OF ROANOKE this car couldn't make it to the beach!!!!! could barely make it back to the shop. please check CARFAX before purchasing. If i could give 0 i would . If you are a women please don't go alone these people are very aggressive and unprofessional as you can see.

These are really nice and accommodating people! Also, it seemed really easy and fast for my husband to strike a deal, and get a vehicle quickly. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.

They cover up body damage, and clear engine codes to make a sale. I purchased a car last year and it was throwing transmission codes before I could make it 30 miles. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They are dishonest cheats.

Yep, same thing happened to me. From what I hear, they closed up shop and have moved on. I got stuck with a $700+ AC bill because of their sales practices. Live and learn. Seriously can't trust anyone when it comes to used cars anymore.
You need to check the car/truck before you buy ! I got 4 cars from them. Everything is perfect!

These vehicles are in very poor condition. I am having transmission work done at the moment on a truck I haven't drove 15 miles, and just got a call from the mechanic that is working on my truck and he stated that brake fluid is spraying out drivers side caliper and engine coolant coming from somewhere. This place does not care about customer safety or the safety of other people on the road . If the brakes had failed and I hit another car it could possibly take the life of a innocent person .Transmission wouldn't shift, brake caliper spraying fluid, and leaking coolant. Stay away from this place. Customer and public safety should come before making a corrupt dollar !!!
