Had a car for only a month and the car broke down and then we took it back to Carmax with in the 30 day and it been 6 month now and they still can’t fix it. So don’t buy anything from carmax unless you want your car sitting for months and they act like they fixed it. Never again

The experience was ok got an approval and everything the sales people were nice but my review comes to John the finance manager wanted to nit pick over every little thing. Wanted to question every move needless to say I grabbed my belongings and I walked. Never will deal with them at all

They use masks and hand sanitizer is used all over the place.

First, they estimate your car for about 20 minutes and make an offer. If you agree you can either walk away with a check or trade the amount for a different one. It's that simple.
CarMax is a great way to sell a car. If you sell them a car you leave with payment in hand that same day. They do not offer any shuttle or transportation services if you choose to sell the car. I've sold them cars in the past and used a taxi or Uber service to get back home.
Carmax is in the Roanoke area.
