The room was fine. I only slept on one bed didn't use the bathtub. But my biggest issue was they told me I had a $50 deposit that would be refunded but it was not. They charged me $180 for a room the hot tub was not working there was tons of children in the swimming pool I will never stay there again poor management.

What I love about Hampton Inn and Suites im Jordan Landing is the rooms are huge. I stayed in a king suite with my baby and it was just what we needed. Kitchen to wash bottles with lots of counter space, fridge, and microwave if needed. The bed was great, and the bathroom had a bathtub which was amazing with a baby. Then I ended up checking out a day earlier and figured I wouldn't get a refund so I didn't bother asking. The receptionist asked her manager without me knowing and didn't charge me for the extra night. It was such a surprise and so nice of them. I definitely will be back. The breakfast was nice as well with such nice people making sure everything was stocked and great for the guests. Such a nice stay, nice people, and so convenient, I definitely will come back. Thanks!!

Great location by mall and restaurants. Front desk staff was super friendly and nice. This is the first time I've stayed at a Hampton Inn that doesn't have a refrigerator in the room which is odd. This isn't the cleanest Hampton but good enough for one night and very reasonable.

The room reeked of old stale cigarettes. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. But, everything was clean. Only provided 2 towels. I had to ask for more. Windows were very dirty. Typical breakfast. We used the laundry facilities, and the washers and dryers worked well. It's not a bad place, but lots of room for improvement.
