To an artist, tiniest things are important. When you ordered the wrong color or a product didn't survive shipping (seldom has this happened) the company is right there ready to make it right. If a product is out of stock they let you know it has returned. As an artist my supplier is an important as my customers. I will never shop any other outlet for my products. It's a perfect one stop shop. Plus, they have tutorial videos and you can call or email questions AND THEY REPLY! So many claimed to offer products but they either had issues or didn't even survive shipping. I would like the shipping department to receive an award! FedEx misread a label and a box went to Florida, TN, Chicago, back to TN then off to Washington. All survived the trip! 😀

Bisque Imports is a quality company with amazing people! I own a small paint your own ceramics studio in WA state and BI allows me to provide affordable and high quality bisque items for my customers to paint. There's always something new but for those who've been painting for years and also the old standards that people consistantly want. Thank you!!

Best customer service. When the pandemic hit and we had to close our business, Bisque Imports was a huge help to us. Thank you BI!!

Can you make a mold of a chess piece. I have a set made 40 years ago. A pawn got broken.

They do not do custom molds to my knowledge. Best bet is to look on ebay or etsy for people selling bisque chess sets they will often be able to tell you the name of the mold company that your set came from and point you to who has one for sale if they do not.
