Clean, affordable, get the job done place. I just hope they had a microwave in the room that would be very helpful. Otherwise friendly staff and great location. Proximity to chair 9 pizza place is good. They also give discount for paying in cash - take advantage.

Clean, well kept place, conveniently located for exploring the Artist Point area of Mt Baker. The only negatives are that the TVs are smaller than my laptop, and there's no mini fridge or microwave in an area that doesn't serve breakfast...there's just a coffee shop.

This was such a delight after a 7-mile walk down the mountain. The beds were comfy, the room spacious and clean, and the shower hot. What really surprised me though was how modern the place was despite its dated, albeit charming, outside appearance. Staff was very accommodating and allowed me the extra time I needed the following day to get someone to my broken down vehicle. Place was a little pricey and the wifi could have been stronger, but overall a very enjoyable experience.

This place is a steal. Checked in at the bar. It was later in the evening but I didn't get that we are trying to close look. Everyone was insanely helpful and I got right into my room. I even had an admin error that they sorted out for me super fast. The rooms are extraordinarily clean, beds are comfortable, no cable tv (why would you need it...), wifi, beer within footsteps, and of course Mt. Baker. Again, this place is a steal. Going to be staying many nights here.
