I called Security Central after a frustrating two weeks trying to reach ADT and being on hold for hours. Mr. Ellis answered the phone immediately and came to my house the next day. Lorenzo installed my system and patiently explained to me how to use it most efficiently. During the hurricane my system notified me of power outages and re-establishment of power. This is a great company and reasonably priced as well.
