Very disappointed in Country Meadows. Management, Director of Nursing, Nurses, Social Service’s and even the maintenance department never returns your phone call. Nothing is ever explained and you are never updated on your loved one. Medical Assistant’s and Nurses Aides are contracted out which would be okay if they were updated on residents needs. But they are not and they know very little about the residents and how to care for them properly. They charge more then what is on the paperwork you are given. And of course you can never get an explanation because they do not return your calls. Building #4 has residents eating their meals in their rooms because they have residents with COVID. These poor elderly people don’t even have tray’s to put their food on to eat properly! They’re putting their food containers on their beds! I don’t call that good care, I call that shameful! Country Meadows, you and your employees should be ashamed of yourselves!

Country Meadows is a beautiful place for people to live. I worked there for years starting in the Kitchen as a teen. I did Personal care, housekeeping and Receptionist before moving out of State. You had great opportunity to advance into different positions. The majority of my co-workers were great and we worked as a team. I still keep in touch with a few people. I cant imagine what the pandemic has done but really hope it continues to be a great place for it’s Co-workers and Residents.

Country Meadows of Green Pond has exceeded all of our expectations. One of the major draws for us was the levels of health care all available on one campus. We had researched senior living in the Lehigh Valley for several years and this is the place for us. Everyone on the staff is ready and willing to be helpful. The location, near Green Pond and the community college , is ideal. .What more can we ask.
