I called before I went to ask what the wait would be like and they said it was not busy and the wait would only be a few minutes. Upon arrival as I ws still walking in the door, the man, in a childrens KN95 mask that did not fit his face, behind the desk mumbled something and I said Im sorry can you repeat that. He closed his eyes for a bout a minute, in annoyance, to which I apologized and notified him I am hearing impaired...which should not even matter, because sometimes humans with excellent hearing need things repeated. As a medical office, and as general humanity, this was such disappointing behavior. Despite being told they were not busy and I would be seen quickly, I was taken back 2 hours later. Once back I was met with one incompetence after another. I had to educate them on a medical issue I was experiencing and how to treat. Four hours later, I left with only 50% of my ailment acknowledged/tended to.

They take forever to answer the phone, the person that answers always sounds like they just woke up. Very unhelpful and honestly scary that this is the first person you speak to when needing urgent care.
