Worked at this through an agency . Pay isn’t enough to make ends meet from what I hear but they expect you to do more than just assignment assigned to you. I’ve seen employees who have been hurt for being over worked get treated poorly after being injured. They do everything to get someone to quit when they know they aren’t following work comp orders. I over heard an injured employee discuss how they fired someone on day off due to grandmother having heart attack wow!!!!Another employee whom is injured is non stop being written up do to following supervisor orders. I have removed myself from this environment because it’s just sad seeing people who actual care for residents be treated unfair. Yet I’ve seen the lazy ones who hide in rooms on cell phones who barely speak a lick of English be treated like goddess. Idk how the state hasn’t closed this place down or then haven’t been faced with multiple lawsuits. I honestly feel bad for the families that pay so much money for a place like this. The care they receive isn’t worth the amount that is being paid.

My Mom was at Whitehall Manor for many years and we have personal experience with her prior care facility and those where my mother-in-law resided (several places). At least two of those experiences may have been a little "prettier" from a newness standpoint, but none matched the care that we got from WHM. And it wasn't just about staffing levels--it was that the staff members cared personally for the residents. We cannot say enough positive about Soulima and Alex and other staff members. Our Mom went from completely with it -- to needing help in every one of life's needs. Thank You WHM!!

Here at Whitehall Manor, the management has you covered! They have a van to take you to all your appointments. The dietary staff gives us a great meal 7 days a week, 3 meals daily! Our laundry is done in a timely manner. Lots of activities include exercise, bingo, manicures, crafts and of course "happy hour"! As the needs arises for the resident to have more care, the maintence crew will move them quickly to a comfortable area/room. Last but not least, we had wonderful entertainment out doors during the pandemic and most recent we have in door entertainment!!! Thank You Whitehall Manor for taking such good care of us residents at your best!
