Don't know, I have only seen them once and was early for appt. I know the office is extremely busy and they probably didn't want to get off schedule.
Not familiar with Dr Patel but would suggest making a appointment to see him to find out. My Dr is Dr K. Walpert in which I have been seeing since 2004
