I take away a star for the fact that I would not want to bring my laptop and work from this location. But the manager is great and so are the staff. And they make craft drinks well and they are accurate to the order.

We have been In Rancho Mirage for 2 weeks at the Westin Mission Hills. Every morning my husband makes a trip here for our morning coffee. Service friendly. Call ahead order always ready. So glad to have this location close by. A couple afternoon disappointments with no Oatmilk for a Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso. Oh well!!

Ok so 2 years ago We loved across the street from this Starbucks. It was Bright and The Staff was Amazing! Well time can either be kind or in this case very cruel. The Staff was kinda bitter. They seemed to be completely unorganized and the Facility was Filthy. The cases were bleak and depressing. My drink was a simple Cafe Mocha yet the Angry Barista poured it into a cup told me to drink it then proceeded to give me another cup with whipped cream to pour on top of the drink?!?! So that be clear Starbucks got rid of Straws to help the environment but never mentioned using 2 cups per drink? Seems so wasteful. Our town has so many choices make sure this is not one of them. Honestly it's such a shame. The one in Palm Desert next to Sam's Club is always a good choice. 🐻
