I came in here to buy shoes and no one said hi can i help you until they were ready! I guess not everyone gets the same treatment and customer service with them putting your shoe on and lacing them for you? I was the only one there not getting that treatment! The girl waiting on me could care less whole smacking her gum. If thats customer service its no wonder stores are going out of business because of online shopping. To bad for them because i spend lots of money on shoes!

Shannon is the best! I loved the thorough assessment she gave us with finding the perfect shoe.

I came in today with my family specifically my middle schooler and high schooler who both run cross country. My high schooler had previously bought a pair of Hokas about 6 or so weeks ago and they were giving her terrible blisters on her foot. The lady that helped us was really great (Kate is what they said her name was but Emma was on the receipt, sorry i missed her name:)) She took back the Hokas and got her in a pair of Brooks and she is so happy. My son was able to get a pair as well. She was knowledgeable and very, very patient with 2 picky kids. I was so happy I ended up buying a pair as well. Thank you for making sometimes an unbareable shopping experience with picky kids very enjoyable.

All of our staff wears a mask. We ask that everyone that comes into the store wear one as well. We have disposable masks available for those that left theirs at home. We also have hand sanitizer readily available. All fittings take place at least 6 feet from others in the store. Everyone does a great job to socially distance themselves.
Donnie, We're sorry to hear about your discomfort. There is no perfect shoe for plantar fasciitis. A lot depends on your arch type. We would first want to make sure your current shoes are not worn out and causing you the discomfort. A new shoe with better arch support can help. We would also like to know more about you and any activities that you do. For instance, are you a runner or a walker? Do you stand on your feet all day? It's also quite possible that a change in your routine is the cause of your PF. In some instances, even some stretching or foam rolling of the calves will help release tendons that are pulling on your Plantar Fascia. Sometimes we will recommend over the counter orthotics or what's called a PF sleeve/sock. The PF sleeve/sock has compression around the arch that helps support it and reduce discomfort. I would recommend that you come in and speak with one of our experienced Guest Advocates and let them know about your PF. Stop by so we can help.
