I tried as hard as I could to be patient with NOVO. Dr. Wendell is not terrible, but he needs to take more time to actually listen rather than just manage medication. My issue is with the staff. 1. The system of calling a patient the morning of to get payment is just so bizzare. I have to take time off work to even call, and when they do not answer it is fine, but when I do not pickup, I am left with the AUDIBLE frustration on a voicemail. I, as someone needing mental help, is admonished by tone like a toddler simply for working and not being available. You can also never get someone other than the appt scheduler to call you back. I went without medication because i could not reach someone nor ever got a call back. I wanted to like this place, truly. But, time and time again I am let down.

Parent of a patient here. Check all their other one star reviews. There's a pattern And it's apparently the owners replying unprofessionally to the patients giving real facts! Like other reviewers has stated it is a one party state in Tennessee Record your phone calls and get their behavior on record! Tennesseean needs to be contacted about this facility "Mandy is stone called heartless"

NOVO healthcare has been outstanding. Windle Morgan is very compassionate and actually listens! Having to move out of the state, they’re one thing I’m going to miss.
