I had a consult and xrays at this office after meeting a rep at a drug store. I was in radiating pain and was about to look into treatment so it felt very timely. The appointment to go over the xrays was thorough. Towards the end when it was time to discuss treatment and costs it became very salesy and pressured. I was very uncomfortable whether sitting or standing based on the pain I was in so the appointment went a bit long to me and their chairs were uncomfortable. When it was time to discuss costs, I let them know it felt like a sales pitch. I was very interested in care to help my issue but something about them did not feel right (and truth be told with the pain I was in, I was very open to the costs. I needed the care and they had the service I needed). When I told the gentleman that I needed to discuss the cost options with my husband and get back to them, he asked me if I could call my husband. When I said my husband wasn't available, he later asked again. It felt very pressured and I don't need that when considering a service. When I insisted on leaving the gentleman made an annoyed face and dramatically dropped his clipboard on the desk and said bye. This felt very awkward and unprofessional and while I understand the urgency of care and that some people leave and don't come back so they need to book you while you're there, this wasn't the way to earn my business. This place has really great reviews and is close to my home so I initially planned to call after discussing with my husband and get started, but the experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I'm under the care of another professional with a more transparent and clear approach.
