Horrible customer service (at the one old lady employee there, didn't get her name, too bad). I got some items and they were left behind, the price was not a sticker but in sharpie, hard to know what it actually was. My bf spoke with the store manager and was told I could get a refund, but I had to go to the store (I live about an hour away). Returned the next day (store manager spoken with previpusly, wasn't there), the lady who I dealt with was rude as hell. Was on the phone ignoring me until she finished her conversation (which was clearly not work related), then acted like I was a bother, told her what happened and that the store manager said I could get a refund, she refused, refused to call him, was just nasty from the start. I told her she didn't have to be a b*tch about it and left.
