Love Jennifer Dixon she became my NP in June 2022 and she has helped me bring my A1c down from 8.2 to 7.3, I've lost 22 lbs, and it came off a medication that i had been on for 5 and a half years. I don't ever want her to leave i have severe aniexty and i don't like change im also a below knee amputee.

Very disappointed in this facility. Tested positive for Covid this morning and called to request medication. Office refused saying that I would need to go to urgent care because I had not been in the office for several months. What? Really? Let me just go expose others unnecessarily. So unprofessional.
