Im always welcomed in and the staff and owner are very friendly. I don't feel like I'm scrutinized by security as is the environment at other beauty supply stores. I feel free to shop and I always look forward to coming back.

I really like Cova. I’ve been a customer since they opened six years ago. The customer service really is top notch. It’s nice to have a store in my community that’s for US. I’ve shopped at numerous beauty supply stores where I wasn’t greeted or they would follow my daughter and I around. Fantastic job Cova

You'll love the wide variety of products and cleanly organized store. Very different from most beauty supply stores.
They actually have a nice variety of crochet hair. You should definitely go there and see. It's a really really nice beauty supply store.
The normal safety precautions were taken. Everyone stayed 6 ft or more away, hand sanitizer was available and the attendant wore mask and kept a safe distance. As for their return policy at this time I'm not sure of the details
Yes. They have everything. She is the only one that still carries my Ultra Sheen Supreme Relaxer.
Not to me it comparison to any other beauty supply store. It's further away from my house but the only black owned nearest to me so I don't mind the distance to support.
My advice would be to call them first but you should also stop by. The store is amazing, the customer service is Platinum, the prices are very reasonable and lots to choose from.
