My experience went very well until I was discharged. Security escorted me out into the waiting area. He asked of how I would be leaving. My response was perhaps I could receive a medical Uber being I don’t drive and was transported from another hospital to this location. Security advised me to speak w/gentleman at the FRONT entry of emergency. Impossible not to hear the security gentleman. I pleasantly say excuse me. Can I get some assistance. Continuing, I say again excuse me. Head still down on his cell phone, I could get no closer than to walk around desk and sit in his lap. Once more excuse me 3x (perhaps he’s wearing head phones.Slowly he looks Towards me. I speak, good evening, eye to eye contact, blank stare, Young man can you assist me? Same eye to eye. I ask are you ok? Again can you assist me with transportation. Looking up from the 1st point of contact in waiting room, ‘I don’t know who told you I could help you, but that’s not what I do’. Before I could speak, the young man continued, that sounds like something security would have told you. My response was perhaps you are have a bad day. I do know you should not be here as the 1st point of contact with anyone with that demeanor. Rolling eyes ‘let me call a charge nurse to help you. Why was that not your 1st response idiot!!!! This could have all been illuminated 3 minutes ago. His his name but got a picture

Aweful subpar care. If you have a choice any other faculty would ne a step up. If you dont have a choice be sure you have a family member who can stay with patient and monitor care 24 hours..
