I just want to give 5 stars to Metro for the quick response to my request for filling a pothole on my residential street. I notified them of the issue on Thursday and Friday morning they addressed the issue. The crew was extremely professional and completed the job as requested. I am extremely happy with the immediate attention that was given to my concern. Thank you again from a very happy Nashville resident.

The contracted residential company sucks!! Horrible service in Nashville. They took my container 3 weeks ago maybe it fell in truck, but its gone. They will not replace my container unless I pay $65. Are you kidding me, this is not my fault. And no there is no video of this. 22 yrs I have lived here with 2 containers but now I have to pay for it. Ridculous

This city doesn't care about the environment, pollution, littering or the like! Public works has failed my neighborhood miserably. This city has gone to the dogs. It's a shame.

It seems that I have to call in every other week about trash pick-up. It is either ours is not picked up and we put our bins down the night before or our entire street is not picked up. What is the problem METRO! You have spiked property taxes out of control and can not give us the proper service that we as taxpayers help pay for. There needs to be some reevaluation in all departments.

Easy. NDOT or formally called Public Works dont give out citations. -Metro Police do. Call them at 862-8600 and ask them.

Hi. I have a pretty good sized tree that has fallen at our house in the Donelson area. Any ideas where I would dump the logs once trimmed? I've priced it with tree removal services and it's fairly costly ($2000 - $4000). Thanks for any help. Cris

You can take it to the mulch facility at 1511 Elk Hill Pike or 6401 Centennial Blvd.

Traffic lights between Central Pike and Stewarts Ferry Pike along Lebanon Road: Pattern has changed to where it takes 6-7 minutes to go 1.5 miles, and this is at 6:00 a.m. Every traffic light I come to is red, even when there is no cross traffic.

Exactly the same on Charlotte Pk from White Bridge Pk to River Rd. Public Works has no clue how to time traffic signals to keep traffic moving.

When a tree falls on my property and I pay to have it cut down, will public works pick the limbs, branches and trunk if placed on my curb? And at no cost to me?

Yes they will if they're neatly stacked and put properly in your yard they will pick them up
