- Over priced - You will pay an extra $5 for this and that - no hand massage -they stop and do other stuff a lot then come back to you. This was my 2nd time going here. During The first time, the spa pedicure was TOO rough and she made my toe bleed from cutting too deep. Not going here anymore.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This was THE WORST experience (customer service & quality of work) I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails and toes done for decades. I’m new to the area and I tried this location and I will never come back. Their tools are not properly sanitized/sterilized, they switched nail techs on me, the guy didn’t do what he considered to be a manicure until my nails were done drying under the UV light (he then dry cut my cuticles & tried to charge me an extra $5 for that; he did not soak my cuticles or massage my hands). My nails lifted 6 days later and I went back for them to fix it. The lady did finally fix some of them that were lifted after trying to convince me that was normal.

WORSSSSSST NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO ! Over priced & bad work . My pedicure was uneven. The paint still had bubbles in it on my toes. My nails were different shapes & sizes. I was so upset with the quality of service & customer service , I walked out without letting them paint my nails . I could say a lot more but I don’t have the time . First & LAST time at this establishment. 1 star is too high
