A nice store but the girl with the dyed hair and several earrings that checked us out was very rude. She kept accusing my daughter of saying it was a nasty store when she had said it was the nicest goodwill she had been in. And when we told her she didn't she kept on accusing her of saying that. Even if someone says something bad about a store the customer shouldn't be attacked by an employee. And she didn't even give us a bag for our purchases.

I only visit to drop off donations, and then only because it's convenient. Recently, this particular location has gotten exceptionally picky about what they will and will not accept. It's to the point that it's now more convenient to drive 12 miles to Graceworks in Franklin. That's what I will be doing going forward.

Spring Hill Goodwill won’t take hardly anything you drop off. Had a 2017 Lenovo computer in excellent condition to drop off. Don’t tell me you don’t take electronics when I just saw like 20 electronics on your shelf. The old lady wouldn’t take it. It’s now going to the dump. Their prices have gone up to the point it’s not even Goodwill anymore. I’m better off going to Marshall’s. They’re making full profit off of their items that are donated to them, yet they pay their employees pennies.

I used to enjoy this thrift shop but the prices have skyrocketed so much I literally laughed out loud when I saw a price tag today. At the same time, the quality of clothing & home goods has plummeted. This is because they sift through initial donations & put the good stuff online & only the worn out, fast fashion junk brands end up on the public racks. Goodwill: posing as a retail store isn’t gonna work; thrifters like to thrift—we won’t visit if there are no treasures to find. 🤷🏼♀️ (Cue canned response from Goodwill in 3…2…1) 👇🏼

I don't think so. I believe habitat for humanity restore will.
Hi Adrianne! Yes, we are accepting donations of clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as home goods items, furniture and more. We appreciate your interest in donating to Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee - your generosity helps us change lives through education, training and employment. Thank you and have a great day!
