Horrible experience. Frequently out of stock, understaffed, forced self checkout with long lines. No carts returned. They have removed scan-bag-and-go from this location. They have removed the public WiFi and are located in an area with terrible cell service so I can't even use the Kroger app in store. I was in need of assistance at the self checkout and the associate made me wait for assistance so she could go order a Starbucks coffee. Absolutely the worst Kroger experience I have ever had.

I use to shop there all the time. I stopped because lately their produce there produce wasn't fresh. And they didn't have any allergy friendly foods. But I went back when Publix was getting way too expensive. The first time they were putting up shelves. Besides the dust and noise. They had a bigger supply of allergy friendly foods. But they were hard to find but worth it. The second time going back. Everything was everywhere. And lots of items didn't have price tags or worse of all. The wrong price. I spent way too much and got less food. Now I have to sell my stuff to get food money to last me till next month. It's frustrating to have allergies and grocery stores that charge a lot for them or don't have them at all. Or marked lower than what it is. So I'm eating one meal a day. It really sucks 😞
