Since moving to Carrol County Tennessee we have experienced numerous power outages.Almost daily my service goes out at some point.Then to top it off I can’t get a hold of anybody at their office.The service is equal to that of a third world country .I promise you guys this isn’t normal .I’ve lived numerous places and never experienced such an inferior “public” utility company

Don't know why, but, my electricity flicks off at least once every two or three days. Therefore, appliances don't last long and outdoor lighting do not last long. I don't know what the problem is, but they need to get a handle on it.
