About what you would expect for an IHOP. Was a fairly clean and modern facility. The servers were friendly and attentive and our food came out promptly and was what we expected. Only knock is the first booth the server put us in had a funny smell around it, so we moved to a different one, which was fine. Would eat here again if in the area.

I spent $11 on pancakesThat completely fell apart. Any cookThat's willing to just put anything out to the customer is a cook they need to fire. Anyone that will put out food like this Doesn't care about the health or the welfare of a customer they will feed you anything good or bad. This is ridiculous. I did not get any utensils Spoon, fork, knife, napkin, nothing but ice cold falling apart pancakes. The owners probably Or manager won't even read this post if they do they won't respond And they won't get rid of that cook I'm pretty sure. I had a tilapia meal the tilapia was dried out it was over cook the rice was hard the broccoli was yellow and green Obviously nowhere close to being fresh I won't go to another IHOP. I wouldn't take a homeless person here to eat

The truth is, but there are exemptions.
Yes. This ihop is not one i would personally choose. The cust. Service is horrible. When you ask for a manager they never come. I go there because i have to . i door dash and everytime i go there its the same. Im always waiting over 30 min. Especially a bad deal when your waiting this long and they are not busy. But the employees are all huddled and on their cell phones. Choose another ihop. Unless you have all day to wait for your meal.

Probably was the cook that day, i don't eat there that often but the times i have eaten there the food was ok. I eat at the one on 51st at I-10 2-3 times a week, if billy is the cook working the food is amazing and the portions are bigger than normal.
