Nice clean IHOP. Very well maintained, inside and out. Very nice area overall. Good food. We ordered breakfast. Everything was made correctly. Very good. I believe IHOP is open 24/7. A good clean safe place to dine anytime of day or night. Highly recommended

I haven't seen any resturant in AZ requiring a mask. Most of them pulled a few tables and you sit with who you came with like normal

Generally you have to be 16 to work in Arizona. I suppose calling them wouldn't hurt though.

LMAO!!! Better be ready to work to pay off that meal!!! Chances of you going to jail are slim to none as i doubt they would even waste the time to call the cops on that but if this a regular thing you do, the old dine and dash, i have some choice words for you... lol! If this is an accidental situation then simply talk to the manager...
There are 2 seats that do but as a inner city location there a low chance you be allowed to use either of them. My advice is to ask nicely to sit in the south west corner.
