I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years and had most always had a great experience however, the last few times that I’ve been there it has been horrible! They tell you they have time for you and then you sit and wait an hour to be seen. They sit you in the chair, fill it with water and return almost an hour later when. Your feet are prunish and the water cold. Half of the technicians can’t even speak English when you explain that they’re hurting you! Even if you schedule an appointment, be prepared to wait for an extended period of time!

I’ve been here a couple times and had really good pedicures. This time was the worst experience. The lady was aggressive with the tools and cut my nails so short that they were in pain when she filed them. The nail polish was clumped and gross when she put it on. I’ve never seen my toe nails look worse. They are poorly painted and poorly done. Sad I’ve liked place and I experienced this.

First of all I’m giving them 3 stars because they did give me 10$ off for my issue. I will say the picture I showed them vs the nails I actually got were incredibly discouraging as they looked nothing like the picture. I also took the file from his hands and did my shape myself because he had horrible technique. I understand getting charged more for length, but I got them pretty short and it was still 100$. I usually spend between 90-120$ on full sets that are long and have beautiful intricate designs. French tip with a couple rhinestones shouldn’t ever be over 80$!!!! very dissatisfied with my service and probably will not return. Please go somewhere else this place is not worth ur time or your money.
