Chris is not a good manager. Jesus I'm a single mom and accidentally sent my daughter order to another store on the mobile app. I asked him can just cancel the other store order and pick up the smoothie from his location and he refused like I did not mean to send it to the other store but I could call them and cancel it and just pick it up so I don't have to be late picking up my daughter because I give her a smoothie every Friday I think it's just horrible customer service one smoothie mistake is not going to kill his store please work on customer service cuz I'm very upset yes I did make a mistake but I'm in a rush sorry I didn't mean to do it but God.

I came in at 8:45am trying to stop by quickly before I had to go to work and the door was locked while all the lights and “open” sign were on. I called the store phone number to ask if they were open and they said yes and suddenly 3 girls appeared out of the back room and unlocked the front door. HORRIBLE customer service..I guess they don’t want customers coming in?

Smoothie King is great! They've got a wide variety of smoothies, covering your every need from fit to energy to low sugar. No problem subbing items to cyo either. Mine was delicious today, and no doubt will be refreshing as summer heat arrives.
