Worst apartments I've lived at! There have been people's cars stolen, rims stolen I've had my apartment broken into too and car as well. The management doesn't care and if you know too much about how life really is here they kick you out by over charging. Apparently they charge over 2600 dollars for a 2 bedroom apartment. Stay away from this place. The main maintenance man gawks at every woman to their face and makes them feel extremely uncomfortable. This place is a slum lord community. Not worth it.

Management has given us trouble from the start and even 6 months after we moved out. We had tons of issues when we moved in and had to work so hard to settle everything before we moved out. We were told that if there were any additional fees after we moved we would be notified. Six months later my in-laws receive a collection letter for our unit that includes cleaning fees we were told would not be added. Additionally, we never received an initial letter, call, or email regarding this alleged charge. Apartments are shady in general but definitely stay clear if this place. Management is very unorganized and will go back on what they say.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now on the second floor, my upstairs neighbors are absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ve called time and time again, called the police, nothing has been done. Management at this place is completely none existent. In the middle of a pandemic, I completely went out of my way to make sure I wouldn’t have to stay at this complex any longer. Management switched over in January 2020 and we just found out about it in June. Not an email or anything was sent out. The reviews are absolutely true, look at any other place anywhere before you move here. By far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. 10/20/20 I haven’t lived at this complex in over 2 months and paid out all my accounts in full only to receive a letter now that I have almost $1000 in collections from god knows what at this place. I never once got a call or any sort of commutation/contact that I have left over dues and even DOUBLE CHECKED when I left this apartment that everything was all taken care of. Very unprofessional but by the looks of it, I’m not the first person this has happened to.

Stay away it's a bait &switch deal 🙄 I went yesterday around 4pm signed a contract PAID all cost & fees recieved my apartment number from Jazmine to be called this morning and told the apartment isnt available 😑 wth seriously but they have an $800 apartment available. After referring to the contract &fees paid it was a day full of back & forth of excuses . I'm sure the complex is nice but no need to lie & falsely advertise to get people in

They do not cover electricity. You pay for it. Water is part of the rent. However, i do not recommend moving here. We got 2 of our vehicles broke into the day after Christmas, shattered both the windows and stole what was inside. When the police came to do the report, the officer told us that this place is hit constantly with break ins.
