Use to enjoy this place but this DD has gone downhill like crazy. Drinks are never consistent anymore. Everytime I order through online app I ask for cold foam they never put it, they hand me my drink and I point to the label and hand it right back. I am counting down the days for Dutch Bros to open I have a feeling DD is going to feel the sting because so many are complaining about the Kyle location on many social platforms.

Unfortunately, couldn’t leave a lower score!!! Work counter filthy and should be inspected by the health department!!! All employees standing around on their cell phones instead of assisting customers with their orders and preparing their order for them. The entire crew should be fired!!!! Can’t believe someone could receive a paycheck for spending “all” their time on a cell phone!!! It’s a disaster waiting to happen with food poisoning from the filthy conditions of this establishment and the most lazy/filthy people I’ve ever seen!!!

This place is a JOKE! Just came by at 655 am and they weren’t open. Told me to wait 5 or so minutes in the drive thru so that they can open up. Cars from the line just kept leaving because this is just ridiculous. I was really looking forward to a nice coffee this morning before work. But I also have to work so I left to work coffee-less. So disappointing. And about 2 weeks ago I had another AWFUL encounter with this location. I hate to say it but I love their coffee and despise the management. Such a joke. Can’t wait for Dutch Brothers to open.

I've been going pretty regularly for a few months now. The team they've hired recently are fantastic. They are kind and pleasant. They have been quick and friendly and the only time I've ever had an issue, it's been completely out of their control (out of stock for supplies, or app issues) yet they try their very best to make things right and never hesitate to offer a refund if they can't. I've never been given attitude or felt like they are annoyed to be there. Even when understaffed, they have managed to have good attitudes and provide great customer service. I'm giving 5 stars for 2 specific reasons. Their excellent customer service and they're breakfast menu and prices. I don't care for their donuts or coffee necessarily but the other two things I mentioned are enough to get me there pretty frequently.
