Really poor service provider. Fortunately for them, we have no other option or they would likely go out of business/be forced to improve. We lose power in the middle of the day (clear skies) and they started charging an extra $25/mo fee because they laid off their meter readers. Didn’t lower our cost per KwH to reduce their fixed costs, instead they just charged extra per month for refusing a smart meter. I really wish there were alternative service providers for electricity. Avoided 1 star because I get power most of the time…
