It is criminal to charge a $3.25 processing fee on a $10 bill(solid waste). It is criminal to charge a $5 late fee on a $10 bill(solid waste). Why would you also create two seperate accounts and two seperate bills? The answer is to charge two seperate convince (?$!&#;#) fee's. Also creating two seperate acounts/bills purposefully makes it much easier to miss a bill and then incur the late fee's. They make it frustrating and to pay your bill and it's all inefficient. Do better for your community. Why would anyone try your broadband with the way you conduct shady business?

If I could give the staff 5 stars, I would, but this company as a whole isn't even worth 1 star. They have a monopoly on local electrical service, their bill pay system is designed to be complicated and confusing, they charge fees for using a card, honestly if I could go anywhere else for service, I would.

A tree fell on a line a couple of houses down from us and the power was knocked out. The linemen fixed it within a couple of hours! That's really great service.

This is absolutely the WORST utility I have dealt with in my 50 yrs on the planet. I have lived in 11 states and 16 cities to this point and the customer service at this place is the worst I've ever experienced. I'm not sure where these ppl went to school, in actuality, and judging by their demeanor and their vacobulary or lack there of, I doubt any of them graduated at all. Believe me it comes through. I just loved my mother 500 miles into our home in Cheatham Co. While doing so during a severe downturn in the economy and highest inflation in 50 years, I had to layout a tremendous amt of money not only for the move but also for the chemo treatment thdt my 80 year old mother had to undergo. Well Dickson electric cut off my power and has turned off my ability to pay with e checks because I had a check returned. During all the turmoil in my life as of late our finances have gotten turned upside down. We'll no sympathy from these trailer dwellers let me tell u that... I may understand that if they actually sent out late notices which they have informed me they don't do any longer I guess to save money for the marble floored office building they have now. So no notice whatsoever before cutting off the power all the sudden with an 80 year old woman recovering from cancer upstairs. And get nothing but smart aleck smarmy short answers and comments from these people. I guess no competition breeds they'll work ethic only seen in bureaucratic nightmare offices in Washington DC where they work 2 hours a day. Believe me if I had any choice I would never do business with these people ever! Keep in mind that this is after 12 years as their customer of course I'm not treated as a customer I'm not treated as an annoying bother if I ever have a question or need help with anything. Just thought I would warn any of you folks out there that are unlucky enough to have to purchase your power through this utility get ready it's like stepping through a portal back in time to a low IQ nightmare!
