Purchased a vape pen that was supposed to be ready to use and charged but it wasn't. I took it back and they charged it again for about 10 min and it still didn't work right. Got my own charger to charge it and it still didn't work properly. I feel like I wasted my money and I'm still in chronic pain so driving back is kind of nerve wracking.
