If you care about your pet, you would bring them anywhere but here. They have no compassion for animals. I called this morning frantically about my cat having a seizure, asking if I could rush him in. The woman on the phone, her name is Agnes Mitchell, responded in an extremely rude tone. “ Is your cat even a patient here?”. I explained that my other cat is a patient there but that they should have the records for this cat as well since I personally sent them over. She took her sweet time going through the system just to tell me that they have no records of my cat and that I’ll have to fill out new patient forms before bringing him in. I was crying on the phone telling her it’s an emergency. That I don’t want anything to happen to my cat in this time period. She responded by putting me on hold for so long that I eventually hung up and called another hospital. I am shaking over the lack of empathy for my not only my cats health but myself as a worried cat parent.
