Their on-site team is polite and helpful, but once the purchase is made you have to deal with a 3rd party customer service for any help. I ordered over $10,000 of items and only received 2/3 of my items. I paid cash and still have not received my products or my refund. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS

Don't buy anything from them unless you know you can return it within 14 days! I bought something, never opened it, went on vacation, tried to return it thinking it was within 30 days and they refused to give me my money back. Get me once: shame on you! Y'all will NEVER GET ME AGAIN! I'm not shopping here ever unless it's an emergency... And even then, I'll think twice before I do. You should too.

Download the best buy app, choose the tv you want and you can probably get it shipped for free. They have pretty good benefits unlockable through their credit card as well, like 2 day shipping anytime. Best way is through app or online
Primarily because of the age of the Sony product it's best to go directly to Sony Customer Service. It's highly unlikely that Best Buy will be able to assist you with a lifetime warranty because that warranty is between you and the company not you and the retailer.
As long as it is a Best Buy, No. Any Best Buy will accept your return.
Use the online site, search and try to order, it will give you ability to pick up or not for your location, and eta by within a day or so.
