I'm not sure if I completely understand your question but A paper from whomever changed it. If it was court ordered, the courts would have records of it. If it was state ordered, they should have sent you notification of it.

Is it considered rude or is it considered a discrimination if you have clearly expressed that you have brain damage from being abused and you were explaining some things to a representative at my local office but on the phone and she laughed at me and I said it's not funny and she kept laughing and I said ma'am that's very embarrassing I'm not laughing and she still giggled a little bit more and then she said she was sorry what should I do about that let it go or retaliate
