Very impressed with this Urgent Care facility. They were professional, caring, and fast. They have electronic sign-in and paperwork which I think helps speed up the process. My husband was seen quickly, in and out within an hour. The front staff were considerate and very helpful. The FNP who saw us was empathetic, listened to our concerns and had great recommendations. We were self-pay and the price was a bit higher than I expected but well worth it for the quality of care we received. Highly recommend AFC Urgent Care if you are in need of good health care.

Negative: Still has a mask mandate and one of the nurses was kind of rude with no bedside manner. Positive: PA was amazing and the rest of the staff were really good. Quick service and they offer in office X-Rays which made this the perfect place to go.

I'm writing this review to communicate my awful experience with them, because this is just unacceptable. When I first was called for my checking, the nurse's behavior was simply rude and mean, I greeted her, for which I got no reply. I thought maybe it was due to her wearing a mask, but when we got the room, she started asking me checking questions in a mean tone, her hostility was quite noticeable. I tried to chat with her as we all do when on a doctor, moreover, I still didn't get a reply, being the reason I can assure she did hear me. I asked her if she was doing okay, didn't get an answer, was then when I requested another person to check me instead or whoever was in charge that day to talk with them personally to try and fix the situation. To my interpretation, she was just being racist with all her behaviors and manners to do things for which I felt terribly awful and discriminated. By the end of my appointment I was told that a supervisor or the person in charge would give me call to discuss about the situation I had with this nurse in particular, I’m, 3 days later, still waiting for the call.

Staff are always polite and professional. Always show concern about your health and well being. That's why I always use them for non emergency service..Awesome staff!!

Yes, we can take an x-ray (if needed) and treat the injury. No appointment required.
At this time the COVID of a covid test is completely covered for non-insured and those with in-network insurance with a provider visit.
Correct, no appointment is needed. However to save time, you can reserve your place in line.
