Been with Farm Bureau insurance for well over 10 years now and have never had any problems and have had wonderful service at a decent price. The agents are super friendly. I've never had to file a claim so I don't know how that process would be so I can't really make any statement on that but other than that everything's been wonderful. Highly recommend them if you want to bundle your home, life, and auto insurance with just one company.
