While I've had problems with the older day shift cops taking my kid brother's problems out on me after our mom died, the young night shift guys are truly amazing. Had a domestic dispute at my house last night (Easter Sunday), and squad car #213 on the overnight shift handled it perfectly. I love this new generation of cops, they are exactly what Long Island needs. Integrity, intelligence, sensitivity, and kindness. Very impressed and grateful for them.

That would be a town code. Every town has their rules in that regard. Google something like "Town of (your town) noise code"
That would be a town code. So you'd have to check for your specific town. Google "(your town) code park commercial vehicle on residential street" or something similar.
Medications can be dropped off anonymously at a box inside the police precinct. Just drop them and go.
Depends on why it was towed. If it was a disabled vehicle, or involved in an accident it would be towed to the yard of the vendor that towed it. If it was impounded, it would go out to Westhampton. You should be able to find out from the precinct that had it towed.
