I’ve been going to this location 4 to 5 times a year for over 8 years. I’ve gotten to know many of the staff members over that time and have seen many members come and go. Melissa has always been the one constant at this location. She’s always welcoming, professional, and passionate to myself and other donators I’ve seen her interact with. I now purposely go to donate on Fridays knowing Melissa will be there and it’s because of Melissa that I have managed to get multiple co-workers I work with go with me to also donate. If you are on the fence about donating due to anxiety or for any other reason, ask for Melissa. She will make your visit and experience great! Please pass this on to her. I know first hand many times people don’t get recognized for the great professional work that they do. Thanks!

The staff is nice but I always have to wait at least 45 mins after my appointment. What’s the point of forcing appointments if you can’t keep them.

Usually quick service. Always great & friendly staff. Have been donating at this location probably for 9 years. I always come back to this location as only 20 minutes from my home.
