Great delivery experience. Appointment was originally for Wednesday 10am. I called and asked can I come earlier they said yes. Was able to get a Tuesday 7:30am appointment. Was in and out in 1 hour! Great receiving lady who helped me out!

1430 to 1530 is shift change and they have no one to receive any loads between this time. They will leave you standing there if you get there at the end of their shift. Everything else is typical.

I wish I could give no stars. The lady who checks you in is right down rude person. I have been sitting there hours after the appointment still waiting on a door. Bathroom is a joke. They have to get permission for you to use their bathroom and stand there while you do ur thing. Stay away from here.
