Good evening, I was a customer for the hotel Quality Inn & Suites Norman, OK. It was the worst room that I have ever stayed! The room's A/C did not work, the internet was on and off all the time plus the bathroom's carpet was wet all the time. The humidity of the room was horrible over the ceiling and walls. I had to wash all my clothes and luggage after we stayed there. The smell was very strong and penetrating. The room was noisy and had broken appliances (Coffee maker, lamps, and bathtub). On top of that, the bed sheets were stained. It was simply disgusting!

I was a customer for the hotel Quality Inn & Suites Norman, OK. May 12–14. I must say it has been the worst room that I have ever seen. The room's A/C did not work, the internet signal was intermittent or none, the bathroom has a leaking that wet the carpets in the room. The humidity of the room was horrible over the ceiling and walls. The humidity smell was terrible. We had to wash all our clothes and I mean ALL THE CLOTHES and luggage after we stayed there, even if we did not use them. The smell was very strong and penetrating. The room was noisy and has broken appliances (Coffee maker, lamps, and bathtub). The sheets and beds were dirty and stained. I contacted management and never got a satisfactory response.

Nice hotel/nice staff but if you pay for more than 1 night be prepared to be awaken by housekeepers. That was their only big negative! Other than that, it was good. I do have bad experiences with another hotel mgr at a different hotel so for that i did take pictures of the curtains here that are falling off the hinges.

This was absolutely the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They only had 1 channel, my wife was EATEN ALIVE BY BED BUGS! Our toilet was clogged when we got there. Our lamp shade was busted and there were holes in the walls. I would never recommend anyone every stay at this place. We stayed in room 222. 5/2/21. If I could leave no stars I would.
