The assistant manager who had Blond:ish colored hair was so rude and in a hurry from the time I got to the drive thru speaker to driving off. She was rushing me to complete my order and when I tried to order another item she told me to pull forward. I get to the window and extremely rude takes my card and tosses it on the counter and proceeds to get on her phone. She gives me my card back, I say thank you and she shuts the window very hard walks off and gets on her phone again. She then gets my food and hands it to me and I said thank you again and she says YUP !!! I’ll never go back as long as she’s there. Never been treated like that before. Horrible customer service and management skills 😡

Second time we have tried the Sonic in Cooledge, Az. Will not be stopping there again. Ordered 2 #3 double bacon cheeseburger meals. Paid the price for what we ordered. Instead we got regular cheeseburgers. This Sonic needs some serious help.

No one no one ever go here ever worst service ever rude workers and they only give you half of what u order. Tonight i Went to get food for my kids i ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos n one chili foot long combo all with tatter tots and dr. Pepper to drink and mozzarella sticks plus 3 corn dogs and i waited 35mins for my food and i paid $40 dollars and after they gave me my food i checked the bags all my tots were missing i pushed the button they answered and said ok we'll take you your tots i said ok but they never came out i pushed the button to ask for my tots and all they did was keep ignoring me i waited 30mins more and still nothing so i came home so mad it was a waste of money and time waiting so if anyone gos there to eat expect your order to be wrong or missing.😠😠😠😠😠😠 Plus well we were waiting me amd my kids saw two employees fist fighting outside the door both in uniform and boxing each other well people waited for there food thats why they got one star for the show. WORST PLACE TO EAT IN COOLIDGE AZ

I like the service for the most part. Friendly people and I never had a problem with my food other than a minor mistake or two. But half the time the drive thru line takes way too long. Also, they were constantly running out of food. I went there one week for a chili dog (I was craving one so bad). But they informed me they were out of chili. Came back a week later for chili cheese tots and they were out of chili again.
