My father is Al Votinelli. He passed 5 days ago. Our hearts are shattered and broken. Michael Lanza and his family are the best in the business. Michael guided us, made suggestions based on his heart and experience and they were all perfect. His ENTIRE staff were sheer perfection. His wife Josephine made my father look as he did in life. His sons Michael and Anthony are following in the Lanza family traditions and work ethic. We were NOT a business transaction. Michael treats everyone as if they were his own family. Michael and the Colonial Funeral Home staff, especially Tom, Lily and Dave, all worked feverishly on my family's behalf. Dave spoke a poem at my dad's grave site that brought us comfort. The personal touches, love and attention they gave us is something that will comfort us through our greatest pain and loss.
