The young girls in here are always so rude. I just don’t get it. Without fail. It’s like your bothering them when you ask for help. I’ve been going here for years & I think I’m done now. These people need to smarten up! You just lost another customer due too your poor behavior

I loved this art store but I cannot come here anymore due to one employee. Her name was Kelsey if I remember correctly? But this is the last time that I’ll receive horrible customer service from her. I feel like I can’t shop there in peace and when I have a question she just gives me a very rude response which doesn’t help the buying experience. I truly wanted to continue supporting this business and tell my friends about it but I don’t feel comfortable because of this employee specifically and I wouldn’t want my friends and other recommended people to come here just to experience Kelsey’s rude customer service.

This place has the greatest selection of ready-made Benjamin Moore paint samples! We visited it twice before my daughter selected the paint color. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive and it was overall a great experience.
